1. Who we are

This site is operated by an independent fan and is not affiliated with Techland or Glass Cannon Unplugged. For privacy queries use the contact form.

2. Data we collect

• Newsletter: email address, language, source, hashed IP, user agent.
• Contact form: name, email, subject, message, language, hashed IP, user agent.
• Server logs: standard request logs (kept ≤30 days) for security.

We do not collect payment data, run third-party advertising trackers, or sell your personal information. IP addresses are SHA-256 hashed before storage so we never retain raw IPs.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

• Consent — newsletter sign-ups (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Legitimate interest — abuse prevention via hashed IPs (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Contract / pre-contract — responding to contact-form messages.

4. Retention

• Newsletter records: until you unsubscribe + 30 days.
• Contact submissions: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Server logs: ≤30 days.

5. Sharing

Data is stored with our hosting and database provider (Lovable Cloud / Supabase, EU region where available) acting as a data processor. We do not share data with any other third parties except where legally required.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR / UK-GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Contact us via the contact form and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority.
